WhatsApp a Meta product is preparing to introduce a new feature “Save Storage Space” for both iOS and Android users. WABetaInfo reports says, the platform is in the process of deploying a feature that enables the filtering of chats within the storage management section.
A primary advantage of this feature is its ability to support users in finding which conversations or channels are using most storage (space), to clean-up process. This functionality is particularly beneficial in scenarios where business accounts and personal channels may appear indistinguishable in the chat list due to identical names or icons.
