Punjab E-Rickshaw Scheme announced by Chief Minister of Punjab on 29 April 2024, in this rickshaw scheme 26,000 rickshaws will be provided to unemployed people of Punjab.
Eligibility for E-Rickshaw scheme
Eligibility criteria for e-rickshaw scheme application is
- For e-rickshaw application person should be resident of Punjab province
- Person should have valid National Identity card.
- Person should be unemployed
- Mechanics can also get a rickshaw under the rickshaw scheme
- Already rickshaw owners who have bad condition rickshaw can also apply for new rickshaw under this scheme
